Your departmental exchange coordinator is the person who has signed the bilateral agreement with your home institution, on behalf of the corresponding department at the University of Potsdam. She/he will also sign your Learning Agreement.

If we have more than one bilateral agreement with your home institution and you’re not sure via which agreement you’re exchanged, please check with your home institution.

Your departmental exchange coordinator depends on your major at the University of Potsdam. E.g. if your major is Biology, your departmental exchange coordinator is the one from the department of Biology.
